In 2006, he saw an opportunity to support many SMEC (Small Medium Event Company) who do not have expertise & time in every aspect of an event. He would put on the clients hat and advice best solutions suitable within the budget and the quality expected. Imran has started the company to build a bridge between companies who needs outsourced team without any extra cost but supply what they need to win the business and call it a success. He comes with 26 years of full-time experience in the field of MICE & Events industry. Even though there had been many ups & down in the market, but his passion towards the event kept him moving forward despite many obstacles along the way. His commitment to delivery have been his main strength and he get’s his business though the word of mouth from other clients.
Operations & Entertainment Manager
”THE SHOW MUST GO ON” Imad Khan by profession is a talented musician. Beside his own passion to perform, he is very much engaged in promoting new talent in the market. With his skills to organize musical events, he also created interest in event operations such as getting a best deal in the market, making sure of delivery in time or even sourcing out supplies to ideas proposed by the project managers. He has very good knowledge of the suppliers as well as quality that is expected by the client. When selecting a talent he would always attend any event the artist is performing in before committing to the PM. His links are very strong with local & International talents of any nationality. You need to uplift the your event in entertainment, he is the man.
Project & Creative Manager
The creativity and innovation is her driving force in any project she is part of. She says, there is an ocean of ideas but only few have confident to sail in it. Coming from a small fashion designing background, in 2010 she found an opportunities in hospitality and event industry where creativities are limitless. She has a team who makes her creative ideas in to reality. She mainly leads wedding projects, theme events and hospitality management. So if you want some new mind-blowing ideas for your next project, she will come with ideas your can’t ignore. Give her a budget and she will surly come up with something creative that is suitable your event.
HR & Finance Manager
In every industry across the board, having to select good team and managing budget of project in a key factor. As project& operations managers sometime, you lose track on your budget, especially when the budget is very tight. Aisha keeps an hour by hour control on the expanses so that our client don’t have to pay anything excess as well as we as company don’t run in loss. Also making sure our clients have right team for their project also a key factor and our strength to deliver quality. She spends time to select and train each staff before we engage them with our clients project. So making sure we are well staffed during our event is her main role. She would always look for new members to join our projects on freelance bases.
